"Don't leave your computer unattended with sensitive information on the screen" I think that this rule can be important because if you leave your computer alone with personal information on the screen some one can go and see what you have been doing on the computer and get some private information.
"Don't enter sensitive information into a public computer," Like a library, I think that this can be an important rule because who ever uses the computer after you will be able to access it.
"Never send a picture of yourself to someone you chat with on the computer with out your parents information" I believe that this is important because your never 100% sure who you are chatting with and your parents should know who you are chatting to online.
"Remember that people online may not always be who they say they are. Someone who says that "she" is a "12 year old girl" could really be an older man." You should always be careful with information that you share with people because you never know for sure who they are.
"Do not meet someone or have them visit you with out your parents information" This is extremely important because you may think that you are going to meet another kid like you but it may turn out to be an adult.
